At Hart Group, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and the process.

Return Window: Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for eligible reasons, and within 30 days for manufacturing defects.

Return Eligibility

  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product not as described on website
  • Manufacturing defect within 30 days
  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Product Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Not Eligible for Return
  • Product used, installed, or damaged by customer
  • Original packaging missing or tampered
  • Return request raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to improper use or accident
  • Items purchased during clearance sales

All returns are subject to inspection by our team before approval.

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return request:

Contact Our Support Team

Email us at sales@hartgroupproducts.com or call us within 7 days of delivery. Mention your Order ID and reason for return.

Share Supporting Evidence

Send clear photographs or a short video of the damaged/incorrect product, along with the original packaging and invoice, to our support email.

Approval & Pickup Scheduling

Our team will review your request within 2 business days. Upon approval, we will schedule a pickup at your doorstep at no charge.

Inspection & Refund / Replacement

After the returned product is received and inspected (3–5 business days), we will initiate your refund or arrange a replacement as applicable.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once your return is approved and the product is inspected, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are credited to the original payment source (bank account, UPI, etc.) within 7–10 business days
  • Hart Group Wallet Credit: If you opt for a wallet credit instead of a bank refund, the amount will be available within 2 business days and can be used for future purchases
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Refunds will reflect in your account based on your bank's processing timelines

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated. If you don't see the refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or is not the product you ordered, please:

  • Do not use or install the product
  • Take photographs of the outer packaging and the product immediately upon opening
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@hartgroupproducts.com
  • We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you

Claims for damaged or wrong products raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted. We strongly recommend inspecting your delivery at the time of receipt.

Savings Plan Payments

Savings Plan instalments are handled separately from product purchases:

  • Savings Plan monthly instalments are generally non-refundable once paid
  • If a member wishes to withdraw from the plan before maturity, the amount saved (minus applicable deductions as per plan terms) will be refunded within 30 working days
  • Early withdrawal results in forfeiture of the 50% maturity benefit
  • In the event of Hart Group discontinuing a savings plan scheme, enrolled members will receive a full refund of all instalments paid, without deduction
  • Refund requests for savings plan withdrawal must be submitted in writing to sales@hartgroupproducts.com

Non-Refundable Items & Situations

The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:

  • Affiliate commission deductions (5% TDS and 5% Admin charges)
  • Membership or registration fees, if applicable
  • Products that have been installed, used, or modified after delivery
  • Accessories and consumable items (filters, bulbs, belts, etc.) once opened
  • Products for which the serial number or warranty sticker has been tampered with
  • Digital services or software licences

Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges in the following cases:

  • Defective product within the 30-day warranty window
  • Wrong size or variant delivered (subject to availability)
  • Product Dead on Arrival (DOA)

Exchange requests follow the same process as returns. The replacement product will be dispatched after the original item is picked up and inspected. Exchange is subject to stock availability; if the same product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
